How It Works
Once you submit your order online, a member of our dedicated team will call the phone number provided at checkout to schedule a day and time for you to drop off your milk. We accept drop-offs on Monday through Friday by appointment.
How Much Does It Cost?
Just pay a deposit of $25 when you order online. That deposit will be applied to your final total. The rate for drop-off orders is $1/oz. When you come to the facility and drop off your order, our team will weigh your milk and issue you an invoice. You can pay your remaining balance at your drop-off appointment or via the payment link we'll send to your email.
Where Are You Located?
- We are located in the green building at Unit B. Please look for the Bébé Bru signage and park in any of the available spaces.
When Can I Expect My Order Back?
Our turnaround times vary based on the volume of breast milk you drop off. Please check with a Bébé Bru team member on current process times when you schedule your drop-off. Your milk will be labeled and carefully stored until freeze-drying. You will receive regular updates as your milk is being processed and when it's ready for pickup or shipping.
If you have a rush order please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate!
